    As Retail Sales Coordinator forQatar Airways Holidays you will be responsible for all tasksrelated to the booking process whether it is an Inbound or anOutbound booking and done from QR Holidays Doha or QR Holidays inOutstations. You will provide appropriate holiday information tothe customer with the highest level of customer service and as perQR Holidays Operations process. You will also provide customersupport for QRH retail sales at all touchpoints.

    • Keyaccountabilities:
    • Attend all inquiries as peragreed booking and services processes as well as timeframes
    • Identify the customers needs and providesuitable holiday information in a confident and efficientmanner
    • Maintain prompt communication with thecustomer towards conversion of the inquiry
    • Becourteous attentive efficient in service and wellgroomed
    • Maintain an above average productivitywith booking fileshandled

    Qualifications:

    • RelevantCollege or University qualification to min Bachelors level orequivalent
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevantexperience
    • Experience in holiday operationalexperience in an Airline/Travel agency/ tour operator environmentin selling holiday packages by providing appropriate holidayinformation in costing a package quoting a price makingreservations and final documentation onpayment
    • Good command and excellent knowledge ofthe Leisure
