    We are looking for an experienced HR Managerto join a fast growing company in Abu Dhabi. Permanent &Full time role reporting to theCEO.

    The ideal candidate willcurrently be an experienced HR professional who is businessfocused, commercially astute and able to being a flexible way ofworking to the role. You will be comfortable building strong clientrelationships quickly and have gained experience working in a veryfast-paced dynamic working environment. You must have a proactiveand positive approach as you will be working with a range of seniorstakeholders with different HRrequirements.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide strategic HR business partnering to the clientgroups

    Serve as a strategic partner and act asthe interface between HR and business leaders, managers and hiringmanagers

    Work across the HR structure to deliveran integrated HR offer to the business

    Coachinternal clients and stakeholders on effective team building,performance management and culture initiatives both reactively andproactively

    Recommend and approve solutions foraddressing poor performance or behavior and for motivating,developing, and retaining talent

    Understand anddisplay good judgment regarding the overall business, applicableUAE laws and policies, internal and external culture andvalues

    Live Co.'s values, leading by example andserve as an ambassador of the company brand

    Consistently measure and analyze program effectiveness andutilizinganalytics.

    Experience:

    Must be comfortable with ambiguity, craves autonomy with theability to gain buy in and trust

    Generalist - HRbut highly focused on Talent Acquisition and experience in adynamic, fast paced environment

    Track record ofbuilding excellent relationships and credibility with businessleaders based on solid commercial understanding and an ability toidentify customer needs and go beyond just delivering defined HRsolutions

    Strong communication, engagement, andinterpersonal skills delivers impactful messages and influencesoutcomes

    Ability to get work done and make adifference i.e., performing and delivering business-oriented HRsolutions and approaches through influence, coordination, andindividual effort

    A relevant HR orbusiness-related degree and post graduatequalification

    Must be based in Abu Dhabi orwilling to relocate if based in other city. Only candidate based inthe UAE will be considered.
