    As a Lead Product Manager you will be the driving force behind our digital innovation overseeing the strategy and development of cuttingedge digital products and services from booking platforms to ancillary products to loyalty and account management. Youll shape the way the world travels through your vision and execution of product strategy and deliver groundbreaking digital experiences to our customers.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of talented product owners dedicated to turning vision into reality focusing on releasing bestinclass digital products across the digital landscape
    • Define and execute the product strategy roadmap and vision for your portfolio aligning to digital objectives and customer needs. Develop business cases to secure funding to achieve the strategy ensuring ROI.
    • Champion a culture of innovation collaboration experimentation and customer centricity across the product team
    • Advocate and embody customercentric and personalized design and user experience ensuring our products exceed customer and member expectations.
    • Develop then live and breathe the digital product vision and OKRs that will shape your product roadmap and your teams product backlog and personal performance objectives
    • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to gather requirements communicate roadmap progress and ensure alignment with the product vision balancing competing interests and driving consensus to achieve digital objectives whilst shaping requests into manageable digital products and features
    • Partner with technical teams and platform owners to define the longterm technical capability roadmap for your portfolio

    About You

    We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Lead Product Manager to join our innovative and forward thinking Digital Commerce & Service Experiences team shaping the future of travel at Qatar Airways.

    • Minimum qualification of bachelors degree or equivalent is essential.
    • 8 years of jobrelated experience
    • Proven experience as a Product/Portfolio Manager or similar role preferably in the travel industry
    • A passion for innovation and a drive to push digital boundaries in air travel.
    • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive business results
    • Experience in overseeing the development and management of multiple product lines
    • Knowledge of core airline systems and applications including Amadeus products and systems would be a plus
