    • Understand the Road Operation andManagement Department scope task and target.
    • Coordinatewith stakeholders for executing operations and maintenance of roadnetworks in coordination with the Management Consultants (MC)/contractors.
    • Plan and program road repair works on thenetworks
    • Monitor stakeholders work schedules, setpriorities, and ensure the appropriate assignment of equipment,materials, and personnel.
    • Administer, prioritize, andoversee major repairs on the road network, oversee assignmentmaintenance crews to repair networks.
    • Ability toundertake supervisory and inspection (for contract compliance)tasks as assigned by Lead Engineers
    • Work proactivelywith the RMD and design consultants to resolve any design relatedissues.
    • Prioritize projects and assign work tooutsourced maintenance crews to repair road networks, taking intoconsideration criticality of work to be executed.
    • Ensurethat incidents / emergencies reported are attended to and resolvedby the maintenance contractors or in-houseteams.
