DescriptionRoles and responsibilities
- Client retention.
- Customer satisfaction monitoring.
- Procurement of spares parts for customer needs.
- Building relationship with existing customers.
- Develop competency and potential in technicians to handle the trouble shooting.
- Tracking of all the service complaints.
- To provide assistance to sales team and customers for all kind of spares for effective operation of equipment.
- Providing solution to customers for retrofit & renovation of AC works
- Ensuring timely payment collection for generated invoices
- Review of your direct reportees
- Timely submission and collection of renewal of service contracts
- Timely completion of Preventive maintenance as per contract terms.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HOD.
- Warranty Material Issues
- Claims submission.
- Warranty complaints.
- Measuring instrument calibration.
- Issue of materials under warranty as per the warranty guidelines.
- Recording of all warranty related complaints and creating service request.
- Tracking of service request until it gets closes.
- Ensure that all the measuring instruments are calibrated and issue to the technician as per ISO procedure
