- Toformulate overall business strategy to expand usage of indexes,particularly into new markets and expansion of clienteles, andincreaserevenue.
- Tolead the Client Coverage team to deepen client relationship, keepclient awareness of index development and understand clients needsto growrevenue.
- Tokeep abreast of and understand the developments in index industryand competitors move in order to initiate appropriate actions inexpanding client base and acquiring new businessrelations.
- Tomonitor business performance and provide ideas/solutions in raisingeffectiveness of client relationsefforts.
- Universitydegree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin or a relateddiscipline
- Over 12 years ofexperience in financial industry, preferably in indices andinvestment relatedareas
- Good marketinsights with creative thoughts on future development of indexindustry
- Ability to setpriority subject to resource constraints, and strong projectmanagementskills
- Good customercentric mindset to drive the businessgrowth
- Strongcommunication, interpersonal and organizationskills
- Experience inmanaging a team across Asia geographicalregion
