    Key Job Accountabilities

    • Supportoffshore platforms with the delivery of materials, equipment, spareparts, process and pipeline chemicals, Heli fuel and personneltransfers to meet operational objectives.
    • Coordinatemarine vessel loading and unloading operations, prepares shipping& aviation documents including manifests, dangerous goodsdeclarations and cost reports adhering to Company procedures.
    • Coordinate with Supply department in preparing the scopeof work for marine, aviation and chemical contract agreements inaccordance with established procedures.
    • Contribute tothe development of policies, procedures and standards governingCompany's aviation, marine operations, movement ofequipment, materials, pipeline and process chemicals betweenoffshore and onshore facilities ensuring operational alignment atall times.
    • Control and coordinates the requirements ofDoha Heliport and Ras Laffan Port Liaison concerning helicopters,vessel arrivals, departures, clearances, pilot exemptions,movements of company and third party personnel promotingoperational efficiency.
    • Prepare load lists, supervisesloading of supply vessel, compiles manifest shipping documentationand verifies individual/collective cargo weights. Maintains cargomovement statistics for audit and departmental reporting.
    • Coordinate vessel and helicopter contracts to ensurecontractor compliance and remedy non-compliance issues. Ensuresthat vessel passengers are fully briefed and familiar with thesafety and emergency procedures prior to boarding supportingoperational safety objective.
    • Conduct toolbox talks withcrew prior to each loading and offloading operation and ensuringall load checks are in compliance with certified offshore lifts.
    • Coordinate daily scheduling and planning ofCompany's marine, air operations, coordinates all safetystandby vessel operations, crewing, maintenance days andconsumptions are upheld for Operations with regular review ofweather forecast.
    • Compile day-to-day data on fuel,water, consumables and crewing required for audits. Coordinateshelicopters operations providing the required number of dailyflights between Doha and operation locations and variousinter-field locations for operational tracking. RequiredQualification
    • Higher National Diploma (HND) inOperations, Maintenance or similar.
    • Internationalmaritime organization IMO certificate for transportation andhandling of dangerous/hazardous goods by sea preferred.
    • International air transport association IATA certificate fortransportation & handling of dangerous /hazardous goods byair preferred.
