    We are currently seeking a SeniorOffshore Structural Engineer , to join our Offshore Structure teambased in Doha,Qatar About The Role:

    Your main missions andresponsibilities will be to: Provide technical and projectexecution services Basic and detailed engineering of offshorestructural, both Brownfield and Greenfield.


    Reporting lines andinteractions Functionally reports to:
    HOD structural The role andaccountabilities may include but are not limited to : Proficiencyin Performing analyses, design and checking of drawing Experiencein both brownfield and greenfield engineering Design of fixedoffshore platforms Jacket, Topsides / Deck Extensive Brownfieldexperience Re assessment of Old platforms In-place fatigue analysis(both deterministic and spectral)


    Transportation, lift, on bottomstability, pile drivability, sea-fastenings Pushover analysisMiscellaneous brown field design works Design of different types ofconnections, pad-eyes, clamps etc., Design of Pipe Supports,Equipment Supports, CTS supports, etc.

    Design / replacement ofRisers, J-tubes Removal, replacement, installation sequencesEquipment changeouts Jack-up tie-ins to Platforms Boat landing– both new design and removals / replacements ProtectorStructure Site survey and report Profile:
    Must have Bachelor degreein Civil/Structural engineering discipline Minimum of Twelve– Fifteen years' experience in design ofoffshore structures/platforms Hands on experience / Expertise inSACS International codes and standards – API RP 2A, AISC,DNV Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)

    Niceto have:

    Post Graduation in Offshore Engineering / OceanEngineering (Preferable) Experience in Navis Works, GRLWEAP, STAADPro., ANSYS, ABAQUS, MOSES, USFOS Experience in the design offloating offshore structures Exposure to Structural Fabrication,Yard Engineering, etc.
