- Align with the product team forquarterly deliveries, balancing tech debt with roadmapitems
- Improve and enhance product deliveryby removing any frictions or by suggestingprocessimprovements
- Own delivery for major tech/ productinitiatives, coordinate proactively withkey stakeholders
- Performance review of the entire devteam including on quarterly/ yearly basis andprovide ongoingfeedback for improvements
- 10+ years of total ITexperience, demonstrable interest inworking for Tec4Devtechnologies
- Proven experience in building andmanaging engineering teams
- Extremely good communication andinterpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge and understanding ofengineering processes and developmentmethodologies such asScrum, also tools similar to Trello,Linear, Notion, etc
- Good experience in working withtechnologies such as Nodejs, Mongodb,Reactjs,Redux
- Knowledge of DevOps and cloudplatform such as AWS is aplus
