    • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, updating contact information, inquiries, and feedback.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Support school events and activities by providing information, supporting pupil registrations, and addressing customer inquiries.
