    • Undertake clinical consultationsand provide a high standard of service and care to patientsattending the clinic.
    • Develop and ensure continuity ofpatient care and appropriate follow-up and referral.
    • Manage the delivery of competent and professional health servicesaccording to the standards.
    • Assist with ensuringappropriate patient triage and flow within the clinic.
    • Ensure patient's medical files and documentation ismaintained to the highest standards and in accordance with thecompany standards for clinic services.
    • Assist in themaintenance, selection and control of the medical equipment andsupplies available in the clinic when requested or required.
    • Ensure an effective and organized delivery of medicalservices through a self-audit program.
    • Track and reportdata on clinic utilization and hygiene inspections by using thestandard report templates received during the Dubai premobilizationinduction with information supplied both to the company and Client,in approved formatting.
    • Periodically self-audit theclinic standards and SOP by using the self-audit tool andaccordingly identify gaps if any and develop a plan of action withthe support of the regional operation manager in order to keep theclinic at the highest score possible and ready for the officialclinic audit.
    • Responsible to educate non-medicalemployees in first aid and CPR.
    • Ensure disaster plansand emergency response plans are implemented andmaintained.
