DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Evaluate the admitted children and prepare intervention plan for each child including admission, progress, and exit. - Execution of the plan accordingly to attain a maximum level of independence in the child - Modify the plan according to the requirement of the child in consultation with immediate supervisor - Develop daily lesson plans in discussion with immediate supervisor; maintain daily progress reports and activity reports for each child. - Evaluates the student's ability and formulates the student's occupational profile through a variety of functional, behavioral, and standardized assessments, skilled observation, checklists, histories, and interviews. - Record and report on the progress of each child to be presented at parent teacher meetings, and periodically as required by the immediate supervisor. - Correspond with parents on the progress of each child and suggest techniques for training at home through approved channels
