- Advises PMT team on the processand ensures all aspects of each Gate deliverable is produced in atimely manner. Formulates the road maps to be in line with theDRAM.
- Facilitates the hiring process for the Project PMTteam, arranges for interview details, once the candidate isselected advise MPR (Major Projects Recruitment) and requestnegotiations to be started.
- Maintain personnelmanagement registers by updating the details of each hiring processwith MPR (Major Projects Recruitment).
- Co-ordinates CVrequest from SIS and TPIS agencies as needed, advises candidatesselected to Contract Specialist.
- Provide effectivesupport to the offshore Project, in respect to the successfulimplementation and stewardship of key aspects of the processes.
- Provide coordination, guidance and support inpreparation of Gate deliverables to projects, including Roadmap,deliverables, Responsibility & Authorities Matrix (RAM) andcompliance.
- Participate in the planning, coordinationand successful execution of project reviews (Independent ProjectReview, Cold Eyes Review, Construction Readiness Review, DesignReadiness Review, Internal Assessments etc.) including identifyingand organizing team members to ensure project reviews are conducted"independently". Stewards the closure ofactions from these reviews and assessments to ensure timely andproper completion.
- Maintain project keymilestones/activities schedule, working with the assigned focalpoints on monthly updates, ensure timely completion of all theactivities and ensure necessary documents are beingarchived
