    We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil& Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha Qatar for aAccommodation Jack Up Barge Operations Coordinator Job Purpose: Tooptimize production downtime when executing maintenance activitiescontributing to the development and review of risk assessments.Your main duties will be to: Ensure proper induction to newcomerson JUB. Tools and information system used: Integrated OffshorePlanning Da Winci (for booking) (To be confirmed) Focal point forOTl/OIM for IOP planning / verification with 5 weeks / 4 monthsplanner Ensure that the POB control system on board the JUB (Tcard)is applied by all personnel onboard the JUB Report to Host PlatformRadio Operator the list of POB movement on the day before a crewchangeUpdate the daily record of personnel accommodated on the JUBand report it on a daily basis to Host Platform Radio Operator.Monitor mustering upon emergencies or drills and give feedback toOIM HSESA Liaise with JUB Contractor Master for Company logisticsaspects in particular boat approach use of JUB crane and associatedcrew). Manage deck space on day to day basis based on what has beenallocated to NOC during JUB positioning on site Performs audits onHSEQ management (including Hygiene) on JUB Ideally you will havegraduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus athreeyear technical diploma (HNC HND or equivalent). Relevant WorkExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 yearsoffshore level onfield equipment in diversified oil & gasprocessing or petrochemical plants. Logistics Scheduling minimum 10years experience in O&G operations Marine You are fluent inEnglish with both written and verbal communication You will havegood interpersonal and organizational skills as well as a goodlevel of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

    Ideally you will have graduated withminimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a threeyeartechnical diploma (HNC HND or equivalent).

    Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with atleast 5 years offshore level onfield equipment in diversified oil& gas processing or petrochemicalplants.
