Supervision and inspection of Heavy Equipment’s like Chilled Water Pump, Heat Exchangers, AHU’S etc.
 Coordinating, inspection and maintenance of Heavy Equipment’s like Chilled Water Pump, Heat Exchangers, & AHU’S.
 Complete daily H&S site checks and paperwork.
 Organizing statutory compliance and records – e.g. fire systems servicing, electrical testing
etc. Report any H&S issues to client, DSE assessments monitoring and reporting
 Ensure all PPMs are carried out as per agreed schedule. Organize regular review meeting
with all key contractors. Liaise with Landlord on any building issues
 Fire Marshals and First Aiders recruitment, training and monitoring. Organize regular
meetings.
 Proactive management of on-site cleaning team with log book highlighting any issues.
 To carry out any reasonable task requested of you by a member of the senior
managementteam.
 Manage all incoming Invoices to be processed on incentive CAFM system, ensuring all
costs are tracked against the budget.
 Trouble shooting, Maintenance and Commissioning job Reciprocating, screw and
centrifugal chiller packages and DXU System (split and packages) operating with micro tech control and associated cooling equipment’s like AHU,FCU COOLING TOWERS and pumps.
 Supervision and maintenance for Electrical Lighting & Cable Tray Installation.
 Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the
schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.
 Supervision for Building Maintenance Electrical Works as per the client.
 Checking Meggering and Continuity Control Cable & Power Cable.
 Maintenance, Operation & servicing job of HVAC units (chiller & DX unit installed at
equate petrochemical complex (central control building labs, RIE REE ware house control rooms central rooms central workshop and administration complex Hotel & shopping Malls and fully familiar with petrochemical job policies and safe work practices.
 Familiar with Compressor overhauling components replacements, pressurization flushing (In case of burn and welding) oil charging, checking of suction super heat and discharge sub cooling with help of latest tools, calibration and testing of safety switches and overloads etc.
 Handled the tasks of preparing initial commissioning process and update the same to the commissioning engineer or manager.
 Preparation of the checklist and site progress report.

 Supervising the Water & Air balancing of the HVAC System by Handling the Modern &
Traditional Water & Air Balancing Equipment’s such as Digital Water Meter, Bolometer,
Micro Manometer, Anemometer, U Tube–Manometer, Tachometer, Clamp meter etc.
 Providing Drawing and Information to Contractors and Site Personnel.
 Ensuring the quality & complying the client specification.

 Arranging Inspection of Installed Services for TAB of HVAC System.
 Maintenance of the HVAC Systems & Trouble shooting.
 Ensure works are in Accordance with the approved drawing standards and specification
issued for construction.
 Supervision and inspection of Air handling unit (AHU) & Fan Coil Unit (F.C.U) & cooling
tower (C.T)
 Coordination with other services (MEP)
 Fan coil unit (FCU) installation of high side system and accessories.
 Coordination, Supervision and inspection of Plumbing and fire protection system and
External piping of RTR, FRP, GRP.
 Preparation of Hydro Test & gravity leak test and Pneumatic test submission for inspection

 Implementation of installation of 280 Pump for ejection pump room, condensate pump room
domestic pump room, kitchen ejector pump room, rain water pump & grease interceptor
pump room.
 Supervision and inspection of fire protection pump room & stand pipe riser.
 Testing and commissioning of for firefighting system & HVAC system.
 Supervision and inspection of FM200 Sprinkler system.

 Selection of all type of air outlets and controls-grills, diffusers, fire damper volume control

 Immediate action to prevent the occurrence of any Non-conformance.
 Review corrective actions recommended in Non-conformance reports, initiate and verify
corrective action to prevent occurrence on Non-conformity.
 Planed preventive maintenance of Electrical panels, Switchgears, Chiller, Pumps, AHU,
FCU, Split Unit & Package Unit.
 PPM of Fire alarm control panels, FM 200, and fire devices.
 BMS operation and maintenance.
 Plans, organizes, and schedules the work of various craft workers, such as HVAC (heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning) repair workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and
painters.
 Supervises emergency repair jobs; inspects work performed; plans and estimates
maintenance and repair work; maintains records of work order requests and completion.
 Administers security and janitorial contracts; reviews work of contractors to ensure that
work is completed in accordance with the timeliness and standards of quality set forth in the
contract.
 Prepares worker accident reports; identifies and resolves safety hazards for staff; arranges
for employee safety training; maintains safety records.
 Ensure that all personnel are present and at their assigned areas when they are scheduled to
work.
 Ensure the proper use and care of equipment.
 Recording and reporting of accidents, injuries, and emergency situations.
 Ensuring that all operatives follow operating and usage policies.
 Being able to complete tasks efficiently and without very close supervision.
 Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) approved by Facilities Management, by
reviewing reports, schedules, spare parts required to avoid major breakdown in equipment’s,
buildings and to provide efficient service to business partners
 Provide quality control support in terms of operation process, resolution time, and reduction
in the number of complaints.
 Assist the maintenance provider for trouble shooting HVAC issues by providing diagnosis
from BMS for faster response.
 Monitor planned PPM is carried out as per schedule and manufacturer’s recommendation.

 Plans, organizes and implements routine and unscheduled maintenance (reactive and planned) works in portfolio of buildings.
 Undertakes technical analysis and evaluations on plant performance diagnosing solutions to re-occurring problems, recommending modifications and improvements on plant performance to avoid downtime, to meet reliability KPIs and contractual obligations.
 Achieves maintenance and reliability work objectives by carrying out all maintenance and repairs as needed to achieve reliability KPIs and contractual obligations.
 Undertakes problem solving in the rectification of system faults, utilizing historical data and testing equipment to diagnose and correct technical issues.
 Carries out site inspections, prepares surveys, cost estimates and feasibility studies.
 Specifies and manages building electrical and mechanical works for a range of term, and
main contractors.
 Monitors the work technicians, carries out technical vetting of their performance.
 Monitor and supervise the on-site Permit to Work System in accordance with standard
procedures.
 Develops and maintains effective, supportive and reliable communication and professional
working relationship with field
and office-based colleagues.
