I am interested in your requirement for the position of QA/QC Manager with strong 18 years’ experience in Total Quality Management, I have a expertise in Project / Procurement Management and HSSE Application. I applied HEMPs, ALARPs and HAZOPs with effective recommendation for projects FEEDs, EPICs, Detailed Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Tank Construction, Installations, Hook Ups, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning and Handover Asset Construction in the Oil and Gas Industry. 

I Planned, Implemented and Monitored both input and output processes of Quality Management System with full compliance to ISO 9001 from site kickoff meeting requirement to project completion.

I daily monitored on-sites and offsite activities and critical control testing records and reports to the project manager, threat and likelihood surprise whereby giving recommendations and best practice applicable solution for PEB Steel Structures, Oil and Gas Tanks, Pipelines columns racks, Offshore Infrastructures,Platforms Integrity, Operational and Maintenance of Static Equipment in conformity with API, BS, BS EN, ACI, AWIC standards.

I monitor all calibration recordsof testing equipment are up to date prior to use, I monitor the testing frequency of materials and review materials monthly test reports summary analysis charts to verify conformance with 0% deviation from the project particular QA/QC requirements. I developed communication matrix of records and document within the organization with detailed flow charts and full description of responsibilities and requirements. I liaise with design team on technical requirement and issue technical requirement and standards for fabrication, welding, inspection and testing of mechanical components, piping, offshore platforms and steel structure.

I assist the procurement team to recommend quality requirement of specific material in conformance with Design and Project requirement prior to purchase, fabrication and delivering. I monitor documents and records of all sampling inspection of materials and ensured QA/QC Requirement are not undermined, I monitor manufacturer and fabricator recommendation and best practice applicable to meet project requirements. I develop and shared lesson learn across all discipline and Leads Audit for all concerned stakeholders and provide adequate reports audit observation, findings, Corrective and Preventive action. I periodically lead Project sites audits and Subcontractor to perform on/off site external audit to identify improvement, conformity / non-conformities related to process control and product and issuing NCR, CAR report, Site Instruction accordingly. Develop, implement and update Quality System documents, Change Requests and managing all internal QA/QC Records and procedure throughPQP, MTP, ITP, forms and Checklists, Risk Assessments, flow charts, method statements, O&M Manuals etc. I Reviewed FAT procedures and ITPs, Contract documents, Deliverables, Material procurement schedule, material submittals, shop drawing submittals, approved vendor list, responsibility matrix, Project work plan, archive system, training plan, correspondences, staff/plant forecast report & project progress. I review QHSE monthly reports and implementation at project issues which may require planned and unplanned visits to resolve all QHSE issues.

I perform training to all department on document flow and approval matrix, responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring both QA/QC & QHSE PKI targets on Monthly basis and identifies area of improvements and issue instruction and supports accordingly. I performed as Technical Engineer advisor to the Project Manager and other heads of departments.

I coordinated and control all QA/QC activities by deploying Qualified QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors team, I Manages Vendors performance, via letters and weekly meetings, coordinating with vendors/subcontractor and enhancing productivity achieve Quality. 

I have successfully managed with proven skills in handling technical matters at multiple projects milestones while ensuring the project are complied with all technical and Quality requirement and client specifications.
