Ensuring/Verifying correct OEM part number Manufacturer & material details of requested items. 
Sourcing the vendor or OEM details of requested item make/brand.
Floating the RFQ /BIDDS/TENDERS to vendors & OEM to get competitive quote.
Perform Technical Evaluation of quotations/bids as per end user requirement or PR.
Technical discussion clarification with Vendors & end user.
Preparing purchase order, Tender, contact & perform other procurement related duties as assign by procurement manager.
