I Srinivasu Cheekatla, possess more than 24 years of experience in the construction of FIFA Training sites, Highways, and Bridges; 10 years with PMCM, 8 years as a Construction Supervision Consultant, and 6 years with a Contractor. I worked in India, Oman, and Qatar, and since March 2009.

Expertise in FIFA standard football pitches with required infrastructure, and good experience in Pile foundations, well foundations, Open foundations, Integral Abutment Bridges, RCC & PSC girders, Box girders, Voided slabs, post-tensioning works, PSC girder erection, tunnels, MSE wall, RCC retaining walls and installation of Expansion joints and Bridge Bearings. And also, the execution and supervision of pavement layers, traffic signs, wayfinding, road furniture, and traffic management plans.

Job responsibilities are PMCM (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality & Safety) and review of RFIs, Design drawings, Shop drawings, Material submittals, Method statements; temporary works design calculations, Subcontractors prequalification, and certifying as-built drawings. Periodical checking of quality of construction as per approved construction methodologies, shop drawings & project specification, and monitoring project progress with respect to project milestones and construction programme.

Further identifying construction-related issues, project risks, and safety hazards and raising concerns to the Supervisor/Contractor. Attending progress and other stakeholder meetings and preparing meeting minutes & draft letters. 

Regarding education qualification; Post-Graduation in Transportation Engineering and Graduate in Civil Engineering with Project Management Professional (PMP), UPDA Qatar certified Civil Engineer (Grade A), and Managing Safely certified by IOSH. About my marital status, married and have two children.

Since March 2009, I am working in Middle East.
