    • Ensures that Finance team providesmonth end closing and all other required managementreports.
    • Works closely with FinancialController / General Manager / other departments to provide fulland accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals within thehotel.
    • Prepares capital reviews as required byFinancial Controller / General Manager or FinanceDepartment.
    • Develops the best practicefinancial accounting and control procedures; continually reviewsthe process and procedures to maximize impact andefficiency.
    • Complies with company policies andprocedures across the area, maximizes performance on the FinanceBalanced Scorecard.
    • Assists Head ofDepartments to improve their financial awareness and provides themwith relevant financial information for theiroperations.
    • Ensures all Local governmentmandatory requirements are strictly followed for hotels not limitedto Licenses, Permits & Tax related,etc.
    • Reviews & approves paymentvouchers & journal entries.
    • Reviewsthe Accounts Receivable (A/R) Ageing reports on a daily basis.
    Follows up 30 days after the initial billing if payment has notbeen received.


    • Monitors and contains allproperty inventories to ensure proper levels without causingburdens on property cash flows.
    • Effectivelymanages the accounting team through respectful communication, clearexpectations, relevant training, productive coaching, regularmeetings, and appropriate performancemanagement.
    • Performs cash flow forecasting,budgeting and works closely with the operations and project teamsin analyzing margins, variances and costanalysis.
    • Posts details of businesstransactions in the General and OperatingLedgers.
    Prepares the following monthlyreports: 1- Profit and Loss Statement; 2- Balance Sheet withsupporting schedules; 3- Trends ofoperations;
