    Chef DePartie is a key role which assists the head chef in the preparationand service of all sections in the Kitchen. Build an effective andmotivated team which delivers consistent operational standards. Andeveryday to elevate the guest care quality constantly and provide afantastic service that our guestslove.

    Yourdaytodaywork:

    • Underthe general guidance of the head chef understands practices basicfood hygiene as defined within the company guidelines and the DailyDiligenceDiary
    • Communicateany information to the relevant team members which includesinformation on stock levels best working practices and qualitycontrol in accordance with operationalstandards
    • Ensurethat all food preparation and food levels are consistent withquality and quantity standards to ensure that the kitchen providesthe best servicepossible.
    • Controlstorage of food items ensure that spoilage and wastage isminimized. Exercise portion control to minimize cost impact on thebusiness
    • Followguidelines and standard operating procedures which include workingin line with setrecipes


    Requirements

    • Ideallyyour background will be from the hotel/F&B industry andworked as a Chef De Parties for a minimum of 2 years in a 3star orabove categoryhotel.
    • Degreein Culinary Arts is anadvantage.
    • AdvancedEnglishlanguage.
