    • Implementing service salesstrategy, penetrating IB, promoting various upgrade, retrofit andvalue add solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB,understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of relatedprices and preparing sales plans, reviewing them and proposingrecovery plans when needed
    • Regularly updatinginstalled base in ServIS (the approved Service database) with thechanges made at site, utilizing IB database to understand theexisting installed base (IB), identifying and developing salesopportunities for service products and solutions for penetratingthe existing IB/new IBs in the market
    • Focusingon the entire service portfolio to secure profit for assignedbusiness/product groups, generating service sales leads anddeveloping new market opportunities by utilizing market trendinformation, identifying and exploring potential new serviceportfolios and taking a one ABB approach to leverage othercolleagues' portfolios
    • Establishinglong term customer relationships by understanding customerrequirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depthtechnical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life CycleManagement (LCM), registering customer feedback and ensuringcustomer satisfaction throughout the salesprocess
    • Planning and performing the rightnumber of weekly sales visits, reporting them on CRM, reportingleads/opportunities, managing and updating pipeline in CRM, sellingentire service product portfolio to expand ABB footprint in thedesignated areas, charting out and monitoring sales proposals,tenders and following up proposalstatistics
    • Preparing ABB's serviceofferings based on customer need and in coordination with the localService Sales Manager and/or Service Manager, communicatingcontract details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy,managing administrative sales processes
    • Actingas a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products andsolutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs,exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings), translating the needsof customer into relevant ABB service offerings andsolutions
    • Contributing to risk assessmentsrelated to price and quality, registering required information intothe appropriate customer database, ensuring technical reliability,safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer'sneeds, complying with health and safetydirectives
