    Who are we?FullStack Education is a fast growing e-learning company that runs its ed-tech brand by the name INSAID (International School of AI & Data Science| ). INSAID is an academic institution dedicated to education and research in next-generation technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning & data science. Through its industry-focused programs, INSAID aims to arm working professionals not only with skill-sets like machine learning, data science but provide them a transformative learning experience to help them move up in their careers.
    What you will do?In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
    1. Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students and other stakeholders.
    2. Achieve monthly revenue target from upselling and referrals from current students.
    3. Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of department.
    4. Make faculty contracts, prepare invoices of billing
    5. Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that their queries are resolved immediately
    6. Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo the program smoothly

    What all you need?
    • Strong communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English
    • Passion for education is a must.
    • Should have demonstrated the ability to multi-task and should be able to work with great speed
    • Should have demonstrated experience of handling complex problems
    • Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries
