    • PhD or equivalent in Health Professional Education/Medical Education/Clinical Education etc. or relevant field preferred
    • Terminal professional degree with MSc in Health Professions Education/Medical Education/Clinical Education may be considered
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    • Evidence of research potential and ability in teaching
    • Familiarity with educational technologies used in higher education sector
    • Understanding of equal opportunity issues
    • Continuous professional development
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to colleagues and students
    • Ability to perform to required deadlines and to plan, organize, and deliver programs of work
