    • Understanding the businessdevelopment goals and objectives of local Qatari team and help topush them forward proactively
    • Managing theadministrative requirements of RFP/proposals beforesubmission
    • Maintaining and updating the currentlist of contacts and business activities in CRMdatabase
    • Tracking and maintaining salesactivity/pipeline for Qatar business marketteam
    • Executing requested follow-up calls forclient outreach
    • Regularly checking clientportals for new business bids; registering asneeded
    • Submitting bid clarifications andfollow-up on missing documents with prospective/currentclients
    • Completing company profile on clientcorrespondences (portals or tenders)
    • Preparingletters, proposals and other documents using Oliver Wymanformatting styles
    • Coordinating and maintainingthe status of new business opportunities with the client, internalbusiness team and stakeholders
    • Regularlymaintaining the pipeline and new business database to communicatewith executing business team
    • Maintaining andarchiving a log of all client contracts andsub-contracts
    • Building relationships withclients and client EAs
