- Proven salesmanagement or other relevant experience for more than 5 years.
- Experience in GCC specially (KSA and Qatar)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyand effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in delivering software solutions for enterprises.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentationskills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationsskills (Mainly English and Arabic)
- Self-motivated andable to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Naturalrelationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ITSM, Digital Transformation, IT Automation andSecurity systems
- Experience in selling SecuritySolutions along with AI, RPA,
- Preferred to havegood knowledge in AI, Blockchain services and RPA
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Keenattention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Experience in using CRMs and Service Management systems.
- Be the primary pointof contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Help customers through email, phone, onlinepresentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customerstakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timelyand successful delivery of our solutions according to customerneeds and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progressof weekly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (Pipeline and Wondeals).
- Responsible for keeping current clientssatisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day to-daybasis.
- To onboard and integrate new clients.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Invoicingand payments collection
