    Position: ACTechnician

    JobOverview: We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented ACTechnician to join our maintenance team. The AC Technician will beresponsible for installing maintaining and repairing airconditioning systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will beknowledgeable in HVAC systems and possess excellent problemsolvingskills.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Installation:
      • Installnew air conditioning systems andequipment.
      • Inspect and manage theinstallation of HVAC systems to ensure proper installation andcompliance withcodes.
    2. MaintenanceandRepair:
      • Performroutine maintenance on air conditioningsystems.
      • Diagnose and repair anyissues within the HVAC systems including leaks faulty componentsand blockages.
      • Replace or repairdefective parts in a timely and efficientmanner.
    3. SystemTesting:
      • Testsystems for proper functioning after installation maintenance orrepair.
      • Ensure that systems arecompliant with industry standards and localregulations.
    4. CustomerService andCommunication:
      • Providehighquality customer service including clear communication aboutmaintenance schedules system issues andrepairs.
      • Offer advice andrecommendations for system improvements and energyconservation.
    5. Documentation:
      • Maintainaccurate records of all maintenance and repairwork.
      • Prepare and submitdocumentation of systems performance including energy use andforecasted systemneeds.


    Requirements

    EssentialQualifications:

    • HighSchool diploma or equivalent; certification or associate degree inHVAC ispreferred.
    • Provenexperience as an ACTechnician.
    • Indepthknowledge of HVAC systems including installation maintenance andrepair.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
