    The Talent & Culture Coordinator willhave responsibility for the coordination and administration of arange of talent acquisition and immigration functions/activitiesand projects as directed by the Talent Acquisition team, to ensurethe timely and accurate delivery of recruitment initiatives andprojects as well as coordinating, managing all activities that arerelated to the Government offices, visas andlicenses.

    PrimaryResponsibilities

    • Workclosely with Talent Acquisition Executive/Director and PRO tocoordinate recruitment activities and any administrative tasks asrequired
    • Any task which is assigned by thereporting manager and the management of thecompany
    • Assist with interview scheduling and/ortracking of candidates
    • Assist with recruitmentpre-requisites such as reference checks of shortlisted candidates,follow ups on offer acceptances, documentationetc.,
    • Preparation of hiring checklists and/oremployment contracts, internshipagreements
    • Updating and liaising withcandidates on their recruitmentstatus'
    • Prepare and assist with jobpostings and managerial announcements
    • Supportemployee experience by ensuring new hires have been supplied withthe correct equipment and information during on-boardingprocess
    • Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service
    • Stay current oninformation relating to local law and changes in law regardingvisas
    • Ensure proper communication for all visaapprovals (work visa, family visa, official visas etc.,) and ortransfer of sponsorship approval and government clearancesprocesses
    • Ensure the visas of terminated orresigned Colleagues are cancelled and ensure their exit or legalstay in the country
    • Work closely with Talent& Culture to assist on assigned projects asrequired
    • Follow departmental policies andprocedures
    • Follow all safetypolicies
    • Other duties asassigned
