    Site Architect– Job Responsibilities

    • Review of shopdrawings, material submittals, method statement, ITPs, mock-ups,test reports, as-built drawings and operation manual specified andin accordance within project specification, preferred vendor listin a timely manner.
    • Improve the work procedures andconstruction methods by reviewing and approving method statement inaccordance with the project specifications, local and internationalstandards.
    • Excellent design and drafting skills andproficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
    • Adoptingplans according to circumstances and resolving any problems thatmay arise during construction
    • Visit work sites toestablish existing conditions. Supports Senior ArchitecturalEngineer with review, applicability of existing drawings, standards/ specifications and recommends appropriate changes. Providetechnical support to projects on design related matters duringconstruction, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation andcommissioning stages of projects, which often involves site visits.
    Site Architect – Job Requirements

    • (minimum).
    • Preference will be given to membershipand / or registration with an internationally recognizedarchitectural body.
    • Possess excellent English languageand communication skills

    Experience:

    • Minimum 8year's broad based experience in large building projects,with interdisciplinary coordination responsibilities and ability toidentify and formulate practical solutions to the spectrum ofarchitectural issues.
    • Experience in both design andconstruction works, prepare scope of works and specificationswriting, with proven knowledge in reviewing and recommending alarge range of building materials, is essential. Must be fullyexperienced in developing and controlling large building projectsthrough all stages from to commissioning andcompletion.
