    Customer Service is responsible forsupporting the operational unit with meeting customer requirementsand needs. We are looking to add experienced, motivated and dynamicmembers to our Supervisory team. The call center that handlesapproximately 26,000 calls/day with over 750 onsite and remoteassociates looking to expand our team of Supervisors. Positionwould be primarily remote, but in the office if/when needed forTeam Building and training.

    The Client ServicesManager will:

    • Provide superiorcustomer service and quality home care
    • Focuson managing coordination of client services and emergent schedulingissues
    • Manage your Client Services Managercaseload while proactively growing it
    • Buildlasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors andcommunity organizations
    • Develop strong,communicative relationships with the team
    • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload bymonitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected byreason, etc. )
    • Client Services Managers willpartner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and supportto field employees
    • Attend/represent CustomerServices Department in all required internal/externalmeetings
    • Assess service statistics andimplement strategies to improve quality of service andproductivity
    • Work with Supervisors to set andcommunicate performance standards that are specific andmeasurable
    • Create effective customer serviceprocedures, policies, and standards with focus in enhancing thecustomer experience and achieving first contactresolution
    • Plan, prioritize, and delegate worktasks to ensure proper functioning of the department and ensuretimely completion
