    Customer Service is responsible for supporting the operational unit with meeting customer requirements and needs. We are looking to add experienced, motivated and dynamic members to our Supervisory team. The call center that handles approximately 26,000 calls/day with over 750 onsite and remote associates looking to expand our team of Supervisors. Position would be primarily remote, but in the office if/when needed for Team Building and training.

    The Client Services Manager will:

    • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
    • Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
    • Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
    • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
    • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
    • Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc. )
    • Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
    • Attend/represent Customer Services Department in all required internal/external meetings
    • Assess service statistics and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
    • Work with Supervisors to set and communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable
    • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards with focus in enhancing the customer experience and achieving first contact resolution
    • Plan, prioritize, and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department and ensure timely completion
