    • Ability to read, understandmechanical and pipe drawings and workpractices.
    • Reviews work packages and interfaceswith Contractor on constructability.
    • Reviewsand conducts readiness checks for pre-Hydro completion, participatein testing and sell off phases.
    • Stays on top ofthe day-to-day work in the field, continual presents and workdirectly with contractors' fieldsupervisory.
    • Develop strategies with EPCcontractors on installation sequence, methodologies, Tool/Equipmentrequirements etc.
    • Ensure that all specialtyTools/Equipment's have beenconsidered.
    • Interface with QA, ITP plans andwork resolutions.
    • Ensure CPY approvedprocedures are used/followed by the Contractor atsite.
    • Understands schedules and will work toaddress issues promptly to avoid impacts.
    • Issuedaily and weekly reports asdirected.
    • Understand Progress measurementstrategies and work to insure accuratereporting.
    • Promote Safe Working Practices.Identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate control measuresare implemented, ability to stop unsafework.
    • Participate in Site Safety Walkthroughsand Inspections.
    • Walk down with Contractor andOperation for Mechanical Completion system turnover and identifydeficiencies for punch list tocategorize.
    • Ability to punch list systems andstay on top of actual work completed.
    • ProvidesConstruction and support to the commissioning and start-upteam.
