    1. Provides guidelines for standard costapproaches used in business decisions and establishes and monitorscost reduction programs.

    2. Provides direction tofunctional counterparts in operating units as required, and tooperating and senior management on matters involving costdetermination problems, or issues such as inventory valuation,distribution of overhead, treatment of joint costs and productpricing.

    3. Conducts special studies and analysessuch as determination of work-in-house, or subcontract and costimpact of proposed facilities or processes.

    4.Identifies and investigates issues related to assigned projects,determines scope, and selects approach from the acceptedmethodology or recommended alternatives.

    5.Defines assumptions for the quantification and analysis ofinvestments, acquisitions or divestitures.

    6.Participates in the development of long-range financial forecastsand related budgets, considering alternative scenarios and economicprospects as appropriate.

    7. Reviews the monthlytrial balance in collaboration with the Chief Accountant. Reviewall monthly bank reconciliation and match it with original bankaccounts.

    • Ensures that monthly trialbalance is reviewed and all monthly bankreconciliation.

    8. Follow up withSenior Finance Director to implement the company's budgetand compare it with the actualexpenses.

    • Ensures proper follow up reimplementation of the company's budget comparing it tothe actual expenses

    9. Reviews allaccrued expenses on a monthly basis. Review the depreciationprocess for the fixed assets to ensure right direction of thedepreciation expenses (the right cost drive of thedepreciation).

    • Ensures that thoroughreview on all accrued expenses as well as the depreciation processfor the fixed assets.

    10. Manages andprovides assistance in managing or maintaining accounts ofstrategic clients.

    • Helps in managingand providing assistance in maintaining accounts of strategicclients.

    11. Monitors all over workrelated to year end closing procedures to issue the yearly auditedfinancial statement of thecompany.
