    • Deals with customers with theirbilling disputes
    • Providing customer service regardingcollection issues, process customer refunds, process and reviewaccount adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and shortpayments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assignedaccounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance writeoff, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
    • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assignedaccounts.
    • Perform other assigned tasks and dutiesnecessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
    • Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary toaccelerate the collection process.
    • Must communicate& follow up effectively with sales department regardingcustomer accounts on a timely basis Establish and maintaineffective and cooperative working relationships with dealers andsales.
