    • Timely review of ProjectSystematization.
    • Timely development ofCompletion database.
    • Organize the preparationof all check and test sheets with both CPY and CTRteams.
    • Define reporting format to use duringexecution.
    • During Engineering phase, coordinateCompletion teams and tools readiness, as well as regular trainingof the execution teams.
    • Follow on-site PCCactivities and ensure timely recording of check and testssheets.
    • Anticipate technical issues, changes inthe work, delays and potential claims from the Contractor andpropose corrective actions.
    • Perform puncheslists coordination in line with PCC teams.
    • Tomonitor and report COW activities.
    • To validateDCC, RFC, RFSU certificates, Gas-In certificates and associateddossiers before signature by CommissioningManager.
    • To ensure that Contractor'scompletion software and associated database are ready before PCCexecution phases.Implement, prior to execution, progress reportingbased on actual completion.Implement, prior to execution, dossiersformats and matrix of signatures.Ensure good quality of dossierscontents and reporting data.Provide general coordination during PCCfor Completion activities.Provide day-to-day coordination with itsContractor counterpart, site activities of multi-disciplinesteam.
