    · Manage day-to-day relationshipwith digital agency for performance marketing driving the best ROIfor PPC, Display, Social and SEO working closely with DOC ondigital strategy.

    ·Oversee and implement CRM strategy including e-Newsletters directto consumers, sales, travel agent and communications includingdatabase management.

    ·Work closely with revenue department to develop competitive offersand promotions and activate them across marketingchannels.

    · To beresponsible for the management and growth of the hotel data and thetargeted use of the database.

    · To be responsible for trackingcampaign success to enable us to understand the return on theinvestment of each activity and aid future promotion plans througheffective reporting.

    ·Work closely with the communications team to share knowledge, bestpractice and experience.

    ·Responsible for managing individual projects, connecting with keystakeholders in the business to activate 360 campaigns.

    · Maintain and manage relationshipswith the brand marketing team at the corporate office, takeresponsibility for executing brand plans on property.

    · To manage design/third partyagencies in relation to hotel collateral and promotionalbusiness.
