    Requirements

    • Fluencyin German and English required.
    • Appropriatequalifications in travel will be an advantage, although notessential.
    • Have avery good working knowledge of safari Africa having worked intravel as an operational administrator with at least 2 years ofexperience.
    • Havea love for adventure and wildlife, having travelled to wildernessareas in safari Africa including both Southern and East Africa.
    • Beingextremely structured, organised, honest and with a focus onattention to detail are essential, as industry-leading service isthegoal
    • Excellentnumeracyskills
    • Bean all-rounder, and able to work independently with initiative,reliability, and good organisationalskills.
    • Havean outgoing personality and great peopleskills.
    • Havinggood MS Office skills is essential and WordPress experience will bean advantage.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsiblefor invoicing, payments of suppliers, booking confirmation forms,guest information forms and detailed final travel documents fortours.
    • Handlingthe administration for entry restrictions, visas, authorizationforms, membership rewards transfers,etc.
    • Researchvarious destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs,weather, reviewsetc.
    • Diagnosethe clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travelpackages orservices
    • Organizetravels from beginning to end, through booking tickets andaccommodation, securing rental transportationetc.
    • Supplytravellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holidaymaterial (guides, maps, event programsetc)
    • Collectdeposits andbalances
    • Usepromotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sellitinerary tourpackages
    • Handleunforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility formoneyreturns
    • Attendconferences to maintain familiarity with tourismtrends
    • Createand update electronic records ofclients
    • Maintainrelationships with keypeople
    • Keepfinancial statements anddocuments
