    HighlyDesirable:

    Should have excellent knowledge of P&C domain. Able tomanage multiple initiatives parallelly.
    Creating, analyzing, andvalidating detailed functionalspecifications.
    Understanding theneeds of client stakeholders & facilitating the negotiationof requirements amongst them.
    Identifying the current- and future-state businessprocesses.
    Helping the businessstakeholders envision the future and how their work will need tochange to support the future.
    Excellent documentation capabilities on requirement documents(backlog, stories, functional specs), wireframe/prototyping,systems design, including data migration rules, business rules,wireframes, or other detaileddeliverables.
    Facilitating designsessions with the implementation team to define thesolution.
    and act as an interfacebetween client and developmentteam.
    Worked in end to endimplementation of enterpriseproject.
    Conduct internal qualityreviews as well as UAT with theclient.
    Create training materialsand conduct training to clientstakeholders.
    Investigatebusiness requirements, opportunities and problems and to identifyappropriate business and or technological solutions which will meetthe business requirements.
    Experience in Insurance domain ofP&C.
    Ability to createBusiness requirement document, functional requirement specificationand related documents.
    Documentbusiness rules by creating detailed Use Case diagrams, BusinessFlow diagram, Create process models, data flow diagrams, activitydiagrams, wireframes using MSVisio.
    Understanding of Waterfalland AGILE developmentmethodologies.
    Good tohave:
    Provide status reports andapplication DEMO to clients and C Levelexecutives.
    Candidateshould have knowledge of "Policy Decision" andAQS.
