We are looking for a BBusinessDevelopment Manager in Mexico to execute successful salesstrategies and cultivate enduring mutually beneficial relationshipswith our Latin American customers andpartners.

What YoullDo:

• Actively promote ourinternational project in assignedterritory.
• Prospect develop and execute salesstrategies to achieve targets grow the business and expand thepresence in the territory.
• Signup new partnersand provide them with extended training of oursystem.
• Initiate API deals with potential andexisting partner.
• Build and maintain a stronglonglasting relationship with new and existingpartner.
• Followup with existing partners toprovide system training and identify the ways to improve thecooperation.
• Prepare execute and managecommercial deals with the partners including the execution ofrequired document flow and technicalsetup.
• Control of compliance with commercialconditions by partners including the paymentflow.
• Account management of an assignedportfolio of partners including the first level ofsupport.
• Provide market & competitiveenvironment analysis.
• Provide comprehensivereports.

RequirementsWhoYou Are:

• Relevant Experience. 2 yearsof successful experience in the full sales life cycle within thetravel industry with a focus on business development and accountmanagement for tour operators.
• MarketKnowledge. Indepth understanding of the countrys travel marketincluding B2B travel networks (travel agencies tour operatorsOTAs).
• API. Familiarity with API integrationand technology sales & deals.
• PersonalSkills. Ambitious proactive resultsoriented comfortable infastpaced environments creativeproblemsolving.
• Analytical Skills. Datadriventechsavvy experience using KPIs to tracksuccess.
• International Mindset. Adaptability tomulticultural environments reflecting our globalpresence.
• Be Your Own CEO. Work independentlywith a high level of accountability.
• Thinkoutsidethebox. Develop and implement creative solutions tochallenges.
• Language Proficiency. NativeSpanish and Advanced English additional languages areadvantageous.
• Location. Preferably located inthe Cancun or Playa del Carmen area in line with our marketstrategy.
• Business trips. Up to 50% of workingtime may involve visiting customers attending events or meeting theteam. Having your own car isimportant.
