    Looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist.

    We are seeking a highly motivatedand skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our HR RecruitmentAgency.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    Developand execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract toptalent for our clients.

    Screen resumes andapplications conduct initial phone screenings and scheduleinterviews with candidates.

    Conduct inpersoninterviews and assessments and provide feedback to hiringmanagers.

    Manage the candidate experience frominitial contact to final offer ensuring a positive and professionalexperience for all candidates.

    Collaborate withhiring managers and clients to understand job requirements anddevelop effective job postings and jobdescriptions.

    Utilize job boards social media andother recruiting tools to source and attractcandidates.

    Support the agency with otherHRrelated tasks asneeded.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.

    5 years of experience in recruitmentpreferably in an agency environment.

    Proven trackrecord of successfully sourcing screening and hiring toptalent.

    Strong communication and interpersonalskills.

    Knowledge of HR best practices andemployment laws.

    SalaryRange:6K10K
