- Partnering with Retail and Wholesale businessusers to gather all requirements to formulate businessspecifications and translating those into business functionality.
- Documenting workflows and results of business analysisand obtaining sign-off from users on specifications.
- Evaluate implication of change and develop recover strategies
- Assisting the technical team in translating applicationfunctionality into application architecture and the production of abusiness functionality requirements statement.
- Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to thetechnical.
- Work closely with stakeholders to determineacceptable solutions
- Designing and executing test plansto ensure that business requirements and functional specificationsare implemented properly.
- Work with IT on systemcapacity to determine feasibility of projects.
- Workswith IT application analysts and programmers as necessary.
