Effectively communicating yourinsights and plans tocross-functional team members and management. Gathering criticalinformation from meetings withvarious stakeholders and producinguseful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, andmanagerial staff.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, supportandguidance to team members Ensuring solutions meetbusiness needsand requirements and align with the clients Global DesignPerforming user acceptance testing andtraining Updating andimplementing the clientssolution Prioritizing initiatives based onbusinessneeds and requirements.
