- Own and manage an ongoing program delivery in Qatar;controlling program scope, change control processes, risks/ issuesand mitigation plans.
- Manage and monitor overallassignments of Product, Implementation, Managed services, Trainingteams, ensuring efficient tracking, oversight.
- Manageinnovation labs in partnership with both internal and externalstakeholders
- Partner and coordinate with success team todrive platform adoption.
- Ensure that overall program iseffective, whilst running individual projects according to scheduleand keeping within budget.
- Develop, build, and maintaindurable and trusted relationships with clients and internalstakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of the Sprinklr platformcomponents and module-synergies - so as to be able to developrealistic and meaningful project plans and high-level solutions.
- Ensure that each project is reported and forecastedaccurately to all external and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project/program risks, issues and change requestsare managed effectively.
- Manage client serviceexpectations and briefs and drive successful, measurable outcomesfor the client.
- Set the tone for the team and strive forquality and excellence in all aspects of delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation and management of steeringcommittee meeting presentations through collaborative efforts withinternal teams, including Account Executives, ImplementationConsultants, Success Managers, and Managed Services Consultants.
- Provide weekly project status and burn reports to therelevant project stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of thecurrent industry environment that shapes opportunities for clientsolutions
- Fluency in Arabic &English (Mandatory)
- Extensive experience of clientmanagement and close collaboration with business owners andexecutive level clients.
- Experienced managing projectsin IT, SaaS, Social, or Software environment.
- Experienced working with multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams.
- Experienced in operating within Government settings.
- Experienced working on large scale project management inleading multi-organisational initiatives, and driving teamaccountability to achieve goals.
