You will be part of PwC's TransformationManagement team, interacting with industry professionals andexperts whom will help you build and deploy the strong projectmanagement skills required to manage large-scale nationwidetransformation initiatives.
You will be exposed to the PwCproprietary methodologies and tools built from experiences fromnumerous prior engagements and leading practices, to enable you toefficiently and effectively deliver to our clients in a timely andreliable manner.
As part of our team, you'll help ourclients with optimising their project and programme performance,while consistently aligning programmes with corporate strategy.
Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you'll work aspart of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting andindustry experience, helping our clients solve their complexbusiness issues from strategy to execution.
Specificresponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be part of a widevariety of projects including but not limited to: TransformationProjects, IT Implementations, Business Process Re-engineering andFeasibility Studies etc.
Identify project objectives, policies,procedures and performance standards Document any businessrequirements for specific initiatives/projects Organise theactivities of specific program/project areas Prepare regular statusreports Ensure that recording and maintaining a project databasecontaining all related information, (data, documents, reports etc.)takes place Coordinate with others to utilise learning anddevelopment tools and techniques to analyse, identify andcommunicate requirements for change Preferred skills The idealcandidate will have the ability to be a part of multiple projectsand leadership skills to engage with diverse stakeholdersFamiliarity with best practices in PMO structures and operatingmodels Be passionate about client service Self-motivated, confident- a strong work ethic Successful performance within teamenvironments, enjoy being part of a team Excellent organisationalskills, having the ability to prioritise work load whilst beingresilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meetingtight deadlines Knowledge/understanding of the Middle EastGovernment and Public Sector including a deep understanding ofglobal trends in the Government and Public Sector Experience ofdriving large-scale change Sector exposure and experience ofdifferent labour reforms Planning and reporting tools, includingMicrosoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Primavera P6 and G-SuiteExcellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal andwritten)Minimum years experience required 3-5 years of experiencein a similar role, out of which a minimum of 1 year of experiencein a PMO preferably within the Government and Public SectorEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)Degrees/Field of Study required:
