    The role holder is responsibleto keep custody of laboratory equipment tools and materials. Ensuresafety and hygiene of the laboratory and operations as well asPrepare laboratory practical training materials equipment/operations and tools.

    Prepare and conduct laboratory trainingpractical lessons support the lecturers to conduct continuousassessment and perform any other official duties assigned byrelevant authorities.

    Maintain related test equipment tools andmachinery in good working condition and ensure proper power supplyfor all machinery in thelaboratory.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Performs a variety ofpreventative maintenance routine maintenance and servicing of theequipment.
    Responds toemergencies regarding system failures or other problems; evaluatessituation and performs necessary repairs.
    Operates and checks equipmentinstruments meters and other apparatuses; operates to control andadjust the operation process.
    Calibrates modifies or repairs instrumentation and controlequipment including recorders flowmeter and other qualitymonitoring equipment.
    Performsother duties as assigned.

    Worksin cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvementsection on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMScertification.

    Carries out andensures the compliance of all activities within the Department areinline with Kahramaa health and safetyregulations.

    Requirements


    Candidateshould be holder of:

    An Ordinary Diploma in electrical engineering.
    Possession of a higher Diplomain Mechanical Engineering / Electrical is of added advantage.

    Thecandidate should be an English speaker & writer with Arabiclanguage preferable At least 2 years relatedexperience.
