    Prepares Internal Quality InspectionReport.

    In-charge of Production Planning andControl.

    In-charges of Quality Observation andNon-Conformity Report.

    Ensures adherence toQuality Guidelines and Standard.

    Conducts Workstatus and proper hand over.

    Follows the QA/QCPlans, Approved Method of Statements, Approved Test Plans andApproved Drawings during the project in order to meet the projectquality requirements and client'sexpectations.

    Ensures that all available MethodStatements, ITPS and Drawings are approved and the lastrevision.

    Job Responsibilities2

    Ensures that all approvedMethod statements, ITPs and Drawings are followed onsites.

    Ensures that all superseded documents areremoved from the site.

    Prepares work inspectionrequests (WIR) for each construction activity and submitted toconsultant to ensure it covers all the construction activities doneon site.

    Ensures that all site items areinspected properly thoroughly before calling the consultant forinspection.

    Ensures that work inspections arecarried out as per the plans and advise the construction team forthe corrections/corrective actions to avoid the rejection ofwork.

    Ensures that all drawings used in theinspection are approved and lastrevision.

    Ensures that 90% of work inspectionsshall be passing during the firstsubmission.
