    • Conduct inspections and audits ofvehicles and services to ensure compliance with quality standardsand customer requirements.
    • After the mechanic/electrician has completed the work specified on the job card– road test all cars & complete quality controlcheck.
    • Prepare product reports anddocumentation.
    • Screen and record all missionactivities and analyze all processes to ensure the work is inkeeping with high-quality requirements.
    • To leadthe workers to maintain safety precautions and thereby able toreduce the accident rate.
    • Verify thedocumentation for the repair is correct and completed properly,check sheet, service book stamped etc.
    • Tomonitor technician clocking and KPIs on daily basis. Liaise withtechnicians & Team leaders if the required quality has notbeen achieved.
    • Studies specifications anddetermines dimensions and tolerances of piece to be machined,sequence of operations and tools, materials and machinesrequired.
    • Maintain necessary records ofperformance.
    • Ensure quality of every productmachined.
    • Conduct monthly pit audit &reporting variations to the respective teammembers
