    Job Responsibilities 1 Train, motivate, andlead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targetsMaintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regardingproduct/service quality Assist clients in resolving issues andcomplaints concerning purchased products or services Build andestablish good work relationship with clients to facilitateincreased patronage and revenue Monitor contract details to notifyclients of pending expiration and help process renewal Organizepromotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and productpublicity Supervise the operations of after sales teams to ensureset targets are met
