    1. Assist in coordinating movement of allmission rented vehicles assigned at IOM Qatar. Prepare dailyvehicle movement schedule in coordination with program managers andheads of the implementation.

    2. Assist IOM fleetmanagement including day to day allocation of vehicles, tracking ofvehicles movements, vehicles log-books maintenance and provision ofmonthly fleet operations reports. Follow-up on regular and propermaintenance, repairs, fuel supply, appropriate accident reports andsafe running conditions for all vehicles.

    3.Support with rental of additional vehicles/trucks wheneverrequired. Prepare documentation for timely payment of rentalvehicles, equipment maintenance, casual labor, courier services,internet services and others as may be assigned. Maintainadministrative and logistics files.

    4. Organizeregular maintenance/repair of officeequipment.

    5. Monitor the performance of dutiesof all drivers in IOM Qatar.

    6. Monitor and trackassets procured for various projects within the emergency portfolioas well as the office assets and consumables to ensure there is nowaste, fraud or misuse of equipment or materials and that surplusor excessive stocks of equipment are not beingheld.

    7. Verify that all mission vehicles arekept clean (in and out), properly maintained, and kept in goodrunning condition all the time. Put in place and implement apreventive maintenance system for all missionvehicles.

    8. Follow-up with the Supply ChainOfficer to ensure that vehicles assigned undergo timely preventivemaintenance in accordance with the standard frequency/scheduleestablished across the mission. Monitor that vehicles needingrepairs are promptly and properly repaired for keeping vehiclesavailability at peak.

    9. Maintain and monitoraccurate records of rented vehicles log sheets, fuel consumption,and repair or maintenance cost. Submit monthly vehicle log sheetsto Supply Chain Officer.

    10. Support the SupplyChain Officer administratively with organizing trainings andworkshops for program staff as needed.

    11. Reportall problems involving transportation and dispatching to Head ofSupply Chain Unit in the timely manner.

    12.Submit Payment Requests with supporting documentation to theFinance Unit to execute in-Mission Payments. Follow up with theFinance Unit to ensure that suppliers' accounts aresettled on time.

    13. Organize timely servicing ofIOM/ rented vehicles and/or provision of replacement units wheneverrented vehicles are serviced or repaired

    14.Perform other duties as may be assigned.
