    • Assesses and reassesses inpatientsand/or outpatients on a regular basis, in line with establishedbest practice.
    • Actively participates ininterdisciplinary meetings to help plan effective, safe, andholistic care for individualpatients.
    • Responsible for the delivery ofhigh-quality evidence-based care and services within specialtyarea.
    • Conducts Ward rounds, reassessesinpatients and/or outpatients on a regular basis, in line withestablished best practice.
    • Regularly reviewsresults of all investigations and modifies treatment asrequired.
    • Provides clinical excellence byeffective and efficient diagnoses, manages, and treats all patientsplaced under post holder'scare.
    • Delivers safe, effective, and holisticclinical services within accepted standards of care.
    • Accurately documents all relevant clinicalinformation in a clear and timely fashion in accordance withestablished procedures.
    • Supports, implements,and follows all hospital, departmental and divisional initiatives,policies and procedures.
    • Liaises withcolleagues, Allied Health staff, nursing, administrative andsupport services staff for additional input asrequired.
    • Complies with all hospital policesregarding admissions, consultations, daily patient care, surgicalprocedures, discharge protocols, outpatient and follow uppractices.
