    Carry out both routine and plannedmaintenance and repair activities on crane and associatedcomponents parts
    Comprising of but not limited tohydraulic system, pneumatic system, winches, sheaves, ropesetc.


    • Performs major and minor repairs,inspections on crane and associated components parts comprising ofbut not
    Limited to hydraulic system, pneumatic system,winches, sheaves, ropes etc.


    • Carry out repairson crane components and general workshopduties.
    • Work independently verificationinspectorate in carrying out periodic inspections and loadtesting.
    • Carry out and document all necessaryplanned maintenance routine and periodic maintenance tasksincluding
    Spare usage.


    • Identifyand troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the rootcauses of problems.
    • Utilize diagnostic toolsand equipment manuals in the troubleshooting process.
    • Maintain proper records of consumables usageand disposal to update Equipment Controllers
    • Communicate and exchange information onequipment maintenance & repair data with relevant personnel
    • Complete related paperwork required tocomplete job (work order, parts order, etc) accurately andtimely.
    • Ensure full compliance with the safetygoals, objectives, and procedures towards achieving zeroLTI.
    • Perform housekeeping duties as assigned bya supervisor or manager or Safety advisors in accordancewith
    Company policies & procedures;


    • Available during off-hours for rescheduling,technical assistance, and emergencyresponse
    • Performs other duties as may beassigned by the Foreman and above.
